We called and asked for this business to come out and drain our sewer on Wed, 7/10/13. The employee who showed up asked for our hose to clean off the filter and when my mother brought it over he shoved her out of the way. He also broke a part on the septic tank as he was trying to put the filter back in. When I tried to talk to him (owner of business is out on vacation) he said it would be our responsibility to get it fixed, cursed at me and hung up on me several times. I will be contacting the owners when they return. Horrible service! He went to our next door neighbors right after finishing our septic and she turned him away because he was so nasty with her. She would not even allow him to start the job.
