I have been going to Family Smile Center for 11 years and would never dream of going anywhere else. The quality of work is impeccable as is there atmosphere. Family Smile Center is a dental office that one only can hope for. I was so tired of going into a dental office only to be greeted by a closed glass window and not even getting any eye contact. How frustrating! Then I would stand there as patiently as possible only to be treated like I was bothering the frustrated lady on the other side.... Well NOT at FAMILY SMILE CENTER! When I walked into the office not only one smiling face greeted me but TWO. I was given the time I needed to ask a few questions and the responses I received were helpful and friendly. The office was beautiful, clean and the pleasant aroma was a welcomed change. What a difference I felt. The experience continue when the dental nurse came to the lobby and introduced themselves and invited me to come back for my appointment. The treatment was clean and I automatically felt that I was in great hands. The Dr had much knowledge and my confidence went through the roof! What a great place for myself and my family!!!!!

I was referred to family smile center by a friend. What i had heard was too good to be true so i had to find out for myself. I am here to tell you that everything exceeded my expectations. The reception area looked like a boutique hotel in downtown D.C. I was greeted with a wonderful aroma and a beautiful smile . The high end video games really got my attention and i knew my kids will get a kick out of that. Friendly and professional staff amazed me like no other office i have ever been to. I felt that the Dr genuinely cared as he listened to my concerns and gave me great confidence while sharing my options with me. The warm towel at the end of my treatment was a nice touch. Today i love my new smile . I have referred many of my coworkers and friends to family smile center and we all have shared the same experience. I was extremely scared of dentists until I went to The Family Smile Center. My positive experience started when I set up my appointmentand talked to a nice receptionist. I was seriously thinking about backing out of my appointment, I almost didn't go. I am so glad I did. From the moment we walk in there is a sense of " everything is going to be wonderful". Friendly faces, prompt treatment and confident staff make the whole visit enjoyable. The state of the art office lets me know that my treatment is done right, the first time, and all while I watch my favorite TV show and get a massage. What more could you want from a dental office!

Family Smile Center is an amazing dental office. There are so many amenities that you sometimes forget that you are actually having dental work completed! Everyone has always been so nice at my appointments. The entire staff treat you like family.
