I had a really good experience here last week. I needed oil for my car which apparently is leaking. The light always comes on. They got me a big container that was on sale and a funnel type thing to put it in much easier! Really friendly and they made it easier for me! Thanks pep boys I will be back!

This service shop does not know the value of time as an essential commodity. I was scheduled for an appointment at 8am. I dropped my car off and after 11.30am I called to check on the status of the vehicle and I was told nothing had been done on the vehicle after 3 and half hours. They also have poor customer service. They don't care about their customers. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Sent my daughter to Pep Boys on Patrick St in Frederick MD to get 2 tires put on her car only because we had good service before and the prices were good. It took 4 hours for them to install 2 tires. Why? Because the employees spent more time out back talking and smoking than anything else. To top it off, some lady came in with something she bought at SEARS and had them rearrange her big box so it would fit in her vehicle so she could close the hatch!!!!!!! All the while talking about it. Management must really suck there. They need to retrain their employees to abide by the "fast service" that is listed on the website and that people have other things to do (like be at work by a certain time) than sit around waiting for them to actually do work. Needless to say, I am pissed and will never come to pep boys for ANYTHING.

Customer service is terrible and they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to vehicles

I am a Hancock, MD resident, and was in Frederick with my 3 kids onSaturday, March 13, 2:30 in afternoon, during rain, when my driverside wiper malfunctioned, got caught up in passengerside wiper and broke it. A man at a gas station recommended Pep Boys. I was told that it wasn't a good day to sit and wait with kids, it would be better to make an appointment. HELLO! Raining, no wipers, hour drive ahead of me - and the kids are with me. I was told "Oh, well. Have a nice day."
