I've been a Sam's Club member for a couple of years now. I have to admit I've saved quite a bit of money shopping at the store. My only complaint is that the variety is a bit limited and website cancelation policy. I made the mistake of ordering a mattress online. I tried to cancel it the following morning and was told that orders must be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Otherwise, you must receive the order and take it back to the store for refund. This seems like a ridiculous policy especially when you add the fact that Sam's Club customer service closes at 9pm. I ordered the item after closing time and had no choice but to wait until morning. I would up having to wait for delivery then call Fed Ex to have the item shipped back to the manufacturer. I'm still waiting to get reimbursed. I'll think long and hard before ordering from this site again.
