The office end of this operation is abysmal. They scheduled me over top of another patient, thus resulting a call 1hr before the appointment to inform me they would not be able to see me at all. Prior to this incident, after waiting 2 weeks for them to file paperwork with my insurance I got a call that informed me I would have to get paperwork sent to them because they couldn't get anyone to send them what they needed when they called my primary physician. After all of this I was forced to take an appointment in Rockville to be seen before next month. After months of waiting for testing and diagnosis I finally got documentation for a cpap machine and a restful night of sleep, only to have to deal with the ineptitude of the office staff. After i receive my machine I will never again do business with Sleepmed and recommend others don't either.

Had my sleep study and started getting supplies about 5 years ago. About a month ago I tried to contact them about supplies I should have been getting. I got no response. Finally got a letter that they partnered with another company. Nothing but trouble since. I miss the rep I dealt with she was fantastic but I found a new local company. I am not happy with the way Sleep Med made this transition with no notice to patients.

They are the best. Always helpful. Ordered specific size nose pieces for me. Easy to work with, very convenient to Sleep Med Therapies office. Highly recommend.

This is the worst company to get your CPAP supplies and services from. The office staff are rude, unhelpful, don't care, can't answer your questions. The Cpap technician I saw was so rude, only watched the client k so she could go to lunch.
