I can easily say that 2011 has not been particularly kind to us. Without going into a long detail of the negatives, there was a highlight of the year and that was Spectrum Carpet of Frederick, Maryland. Our septic system had a blockage inside our home because of what now appears to be careless construction by a previous septic service company. After a call to our insurance company Nationwide (another highlight) we barely had time to turn around before Jim showed up and totally without delay removed rug and sanitized the area of our basement affected by the leakage. The personal attention given to the problem and to us was in one word AMAZING. We cannot thank you all enough for helping us and being there when we needed help most. No delays, no need to call and make appointments, YOU WERE THERE. Perhaps 2011 was not all that bad after all.
