General Info
After 25 years of up close and personal interaction with thousands of dogs we are still fascinated by their sensitivity and intelligence. Most dogs recognize and respond to that appreciation of their specialness. We hope your best friend will too. Brookline Kennels is a family owned and operated fifty–run dog boarding facility offering a high level of custodial care to family pets. Both our kennel buildings are heated, air-conditioned, and feature state-of-the-art air purification technology. The floors are quarry tile, making them much more comfortable than concrete floors. Our runs are indoor/outdoor and vary from 40 to 90 square feet in size. The outer portions feature polymer roofs. In the winter the building is wrapped with greenhouse-type sheeting. (No matter the season your dog is shielded from the elements). Because we are a small staff we are able to provide what we call “continuity of caregiver”, which is reassuring to pets that are temporarily separated from their family (pack). The care day typically begins around 7AM and ends around midnight all year long, although we are not continuously present. Our daily routines are designed to insure a lot of interaction with each of our guests each day; our evening biscuit runs aim to forestall “night nerves”.

brookline has been taking care of my Husky for over 10 yrs. I couldn't have found a better place to take care of my Dog! They are an extension of our family. i trust them completely!
5 stars for Jack and Jimi's home away from home. Cathy and Mark treat our boys as though they were their very own. The boys get excited when they go on their vacation at Brookline. Jack and Jimi always come back happy and look better than when we left them. I have offers from my family to have Jack & Jimi stay with them, but we always send them to Brookline. Brookline Kennel has been a wonderful source of comfort to us over many years. Knowing that our dogs are well cared for and loved while we are away is a tremendous relief when we travel. I believe Kathy and Marc care for every animal as if it was their own! We rate Kennel an A+++++! -B.F.
