The best Jewelry store..... I shopped everywhere for an engagement ring. This place had the best selection of settings and loose diamonds.. Bill the owner and his staff were very nice and helped me thru the whole process.. I highly recommend this place....

He just designed me the most beautiful ring for my fiancé. I am very pleased. I highly recommend this place. Please do not confuse this store to the Staten Island store. They are not connected in any way. Please be aware of that.

AVOID! Giorgeo’s is the “Boiler Room” of jewelry stores. The sales people here sell hard, but don’t care about what happens after the sale has been made. Their Selling, as well as Exchange practices are very deceitful. I haven’t mentioned the Refund policy simply because it doesn’t exist.

Guys at Giorgeo’s are persuasive and seem to be very fond of promoting “custom made” jewelry, assuring that they can “make” that beautiful piece of jewelry that you are looking for, even if it is not on their sample display. Unfortunately, not being jewelers themselves, they have a hard time delivering on these promises. In reality, when I came to pick up my order, it turned out that the product which came out of their “factory” was extremely crude and unattractive.

After being repeatedly insulted during numerous attempts to resolve a problem I lost about 50% of my down payment and instead of the other 50%, I received a different piece of jewelry that I didn’t actually plan on purchasing.

If you are planning to spend a sum of money which is significant to you on jewelry, please think twice before doing so here.

Bill is great to deal with and very trustworthy. I bought a diamond from this store and it appraised for almost double what I paid. We had him make our wedding rings as well and he was patient and re made a piece that we were initially unsatisfied with. I have recommended this store to friends and they all have all been more than satisfied. Dont let the mall location scare you.
