He also practices legal issues involving wills, estate planning and probate, real property law, and civil litigation, Timothy F. Johnson graduated with a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University in 1987, and received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in 1991. Admitted to the Michigan Bar in May of 1992, he worked in private practice in Grand Rapids from May of 1992 until October of 1999. From there, he became a staff attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustees' office until March of 2006. In April of 2006, he joined Stariha Law Offices, P.C. and opened an office at 200 N.
