This place is terrible. Nothing ever gets done when asked. There is no landscape and there is constantly police here. I can not wait to get out of here! Not to mention, the pool was open for one week in May and has been shut down since. I will add pictures of what the pool currently looks like. The rent is too much for all of these roaches and lack of management.

This is most definitely one of the best places to live but don't take our word for it come down and check use out yourselves.

We are now offering two bedroom one bath Apts and two bedroom one bath with washer and dryer hookups. all single level this community is Beautiful, Quiet, Clean, Safe, & Comfortable we're very family oriented our community is kept up very well with on-site maintenance Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and 24 hour emergency maintenance we are doing lots of great renovations & updates to our gorgeous community and apartments. Applications are FREE and like I said it's definitely worth the trip over.

unfortunately we are unable to satisfy all of our tenants although we try our very best. I'm sorry you felt that your grandmother was given a bum rap but believe me if this was the only problem caused your grandmother would still be happily in her apartment. There's two sides to every story no need to get into the specifics but you know as well as I do why things went the way they did. hopefully your grandmother is happy and healthy where she is and we wish nothing the best for you and your family.

My great grandmother lives here and is in the process of moving, not willingly. My great grandmother who has live here for five years has been evicted for a very stupid reason. Th boy who live in the apartment across from her who broke the windows out his parents house came across to my grandma's apartment and tried to fight my cousin. So the manager evicted both parties even though the boy who tried to fight my cousin had a record with the police and my cousin didn't. So now my 89 year old great grandma who is in a wheelchair is forced to move. Not only that the manger is lazy she sits in the office on the phone all the time. They don't fix anything when asked and they park in our designated parking as tenants. I'm thankful my grandma is moving but sadly at this rate. She has been faithful to pay rent and never disturbs anyone she goes outside to wait on Handy ride so she can get to church and goes back to her apartment. I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to live in this horrible place.

I was very angry wit da management of these apartments!! they do not care bout their tenants watsoever! its very ghetto n infested wit drug users n drug dealers! always shootings n robberies! Dnt believe me Google da address! DO NOT MOVE HERE NOT SAFE!!!

I wouldnt recommend these ghetto apts to anyone!! They are not a safe environment for anyone to raise their kids! Theres always shootings and robbings and alot of drug users live there! Plus no renters insurance so if anythin happens to your apt gues what? Youre Screwed!! I give these apts a minus 10!!
