It is hard to believe a grown women would raise her voice to a customer on the phone. She did this not once, but on two separate phone calls. My daughter was in tears. Mt daughter is all the way across the country by herself. She was in an accident where her car rolled 11/2 times, and she emerged by the grace of God without a scratch. Obviously,? she has had a very traumatic experience.?? I gave Laura from Ski Country? Shell and towing in Frisco, Colorado the benefit of the doubt. My daughter tried to explain to her what had been relayed to her from State Farm. She had to get her belongings out of her car broke State Farm would have it moved to a salvage yard.?? Instead? of bei ng mga mature business women, who would calm a young girls fears, she caused an escalation in the matter. So unprofessional,? and callous! Still imagining Laura would realize she had played a part in the problem, she sought vengeance. ?? When Lindsey arrived at their establishment, after 2 phone calls from me and State Farm(conference calls with my agent) Laura dug ano th er immature stab into the situation. She proceeded to have on of the workers go on the lot, hand my daughter a wrench, and tell her they were told by Laura not to help her because she had been rude to her! So not only Laura very unprofessional, but she she made the other people who work there feel terrible because she had the nerve to ask them to do her dirty work!? It's very unfortunate, this was a perfect opportunity to help a young girl, all by herself, ease through a very difficult situation.? ?I would highly recommend? you find some other business who is appreciate of customers!

Coming out of the Eisenhower tunnel on interstate 70 west bound. Blew a coolant hose on my 2006. Peterbuilt. Called place in vail for assistance was referred to ski country shell & towing Here's where the nightmare begins. A lady named Laura told me a guy named Lloyd would be on his way this guy was obviously no mechanic . By the wAy he approached the truck my personal mechanic & myself made the decision to just male temporary repair get me on my way and Lloyd didn't want to seam to listen to the customer but what do I know ( right ) so the least he spends about 15 minutes spilling anti freeze all down the back of the motor makes a sorry assed splice with .50 cent parts and preceded to write a bill for 500.00 mike from phoenix az my suggestion is stay as far away from this place as you can call somebody from denver but SKI COUNTRY. SHELL & TOWING is bad news

My daughter had broken down on the side if I-70, and I live 150 miles away. They quickly went and picked her up and towed the car back to the shop. They have been very courteous and helpful in fixing the car. Unfortunately the car ended up being donated, but I very much appreciated their help.

So these guys install hardware on doors and such? I'd love to see the work they do with key less entry systems.
