      We're a Direct Primary Care clinic that offers services to patients at a flat monthly rate. The rates are as follows: 0-17 ages is $45 a month, 18 and older $90, no copays. Offers preventative care services, annual wellness exams, wellness child exams, sports physicals, as well as a weight loss program.
