      Our forty plus years in the portable sanitation business have taught us we must do what we say we will do. Our locations in Gastonia, Apex, Rock Hill and Monroe allow us to better fulfill Our Promise. We believe that a company is judged not only by the equipment and service provided but how quickly a problem is corrected. We promise that our experienced people will use the proper equipment to quickly and efficiently solve problems. Our company was established in 1969. The Charlotte area and PORTA-JON have grown substantially over the years, and they both continue to expand. PORTA-JON has grown to become one of the largest firms in the southeastern U.S. and through acquisitions, and expansion, has increased it’s size many times over. Now retired, Reese’s son, Ned Carpenter is very active in the PSAI and enjoys the fruits of a very successful business. But, it can all be attributed at the onset, to a man that had the desire and the foresight to envision what could be.

      Ordering Each person that answers the telephone will be friendly, courteous and promptly respond to the reason for the call. We will return telephone calls promptly. We will thank you for calling us. Delivery A PORTA-JON is thoroughly cleaned and repaired when delivered. All graffiti is removed. Call us before 9 a.m. and one of our eight radio dispatched delivery trucks will deliver the PORTA-JON the day of the call. Call us by 12 noon and there is a good chance we will deliver the day of the call. Scheduled Servicing Our scheduled weekly service keeps the PORTA-JON clean and repaired. Our spare service trucks allow us to keep servicing when our service trucks require maintenance. Unscheduled Servicing Call us with a problem such as a turned over PORTA-JON and we will send one of our eight radio dispatched delivery trucks or twenty-two service trucks from one of our three locations to solve the problem the same day when we are called before noon. Pick up Call us to pick up or move the PORTA-JON and we will pick up by the second business day. We typically pick up by the next business day after the call but will promise to have the PORTA-JON picked up by the second business day after we receive the call.
