To Whom It May Concern: The work performed on my house, located at 676 Mt Vernon Drive in Lexington, by Linsey Mosley, exceeded all expectations I ever imagined. I was referred to Linsey by a friend and entered into the contract with him with some level of blind trust with my friend. Linsey approached our relationship/contract with the attitude of more as a friend or partner than as a contractor. I quickly built a level of trust with him that made the job run smoothly with open communication lines. There were never any uncomfortable moments that put a strain on the three month job. I would describe the work Linsey performed on my house as a modernization of a house from the 1960s. Some of the examples of the work performed are, but not limited to: new windows, new gutters, a complete re-model of the kitchen and master bathroom, the addition of a master closet, moving a bathroom across the hall, and a refinish of the hardwood floors.
