These guys really helped me out! I was having issues with a light sensor on my truck,and I couldnt get there til late in the afternoon.They diagnosed it free, when it came time for the verdict, things were better than I anticipated and everything was taken care of right away. These guys,and 1 sweet little gal, were professional and saved my hide where as a dealer would have cost an arm and a leg.Thanks a bunch guys.

It does come from the reclaim water. This is actually a green certified car wash becuase they reclaim around 100% of their car wash water. The odor is one part of the reclaim indusdr, an issue that is still an issue for most owners who spent the "X" amount of dollars for one (costing up to $100,000). They produce a good wash for a good price.I won't let a little occasional stench if the owner feels like using his recycled water for a few days, why not?

Hide your wallet and keep your guard up. Went there for an inspection, which failed because of an oxigenizer. I could have used them for $190, but we had another person replace it for $80. I went back, it failed again & because it was over 15 days, they ran a test that ended up costing me $44, which I did not want. The result, the same oxigenizer that was replaced was showing failing, which I now understand is a common 'false read' on this model. Bottom line is, they wanted anoter $190 (no promises it would work), charge me for another inspection. The whole time I just got the feeling that the huge investment they made in that location, with the minimal traffic, is putting emmense pressure on the different managers to create revenue. Will never go back....Sun City... get this in the black book.

HOWEVER, today we went there for a $10 wash only to be hit with the most disgusting smell once we were in the wash bin. I asked the guy "What IS that horrible smell?" and he replied that they now use "recycled water" because fresh/clean water is too costly!!! Well, they have lost us as customers if that's the plan. Too bad. It is a nice business and we were hopeful they would be successful.
