The representatives were very friendly as always. I was also very happy with the car. The one thing I notice here is that it tends to take a while for them to process you and get you in a vehicle. But I love their customer service and the fact that they always ask you about the experience. I have been a customer at this particular location for many years and will continue to frequent it.

Clean facility. Great rates! Nice availabilty of vehicles with little wait time due to fast check in and check out process. The free pick and drop off service is a great bonus. Friendly, courteous and professional staff made my customer experience exceptional. I look forward to booking next rentals there.
