When backing out of my garage I did the unthinkable. I put it in reverse as the garage door was on its way up. Not a pretty outcome. I called a large company close to me and left a message of my urgent situation, but to date they have not returned my call. I found Gervais Garage Doors in the phone book and was very pleased when they actually answered the phone. They came over the same day with products in hand and I now have a new garage door.
