We came to Valora's to find a car for my son approx. 2.5 years ago. He wanted to purchase a hot ride, however, he landed for something more practical A 2000 Hundai GXL (it looks like the expensive 2000 Jaguar). The car had quite a few miles on it yet he has yet to do any major repairs and its paid for as of today. My son had good relations with the dealership.Yet, we did experience one bruiser. My son lost his job and didn't inform me he couldn't make the payment that month and the car was repo. In order to get the car back (because it was in both names) the towing fee was 500 dollars for a late car payment of $200. Wow! I was furious and there was nothing I could do but pay the money. $500 is very steep and I feel that's robbery. That is more than what you will pay for a car tow from the infamous City of Phila. and a repo man. Anyhow, on a good note, yes the staff is friendly and do try to work with all customers. I recommend you do your HW and research what you are buying. Good Luck

This is the best car dealership that I have ever been too. I've been to Honda, Saturn, Ford, etc. dealerships. I have never been treated so nice and so fairly. I would recommend this car dealership to anybody!!!!!
