I have been going to Hot Spot since they opened in 2002. For 14 years. Lately I have noticed that they do not change the bulbs in the beds (last time back in March 2015) and it takes about 10-15 visits to even get a hint of a tan. When I called the owner she stated that her husband had a bad knee and that is why the bulbs are old and used up. What a poor excuse for a business owner with a long time client. I have been onthe EFT plan since joining in 2002. I have paid dearly to these people when there were times I did not use the facility. Sometimes almost two years or many months; however, they got their money from my EFT. In August 2016, I cancelled the EFT account which they told me would take 45 days. Unheard of to say the least. However it was not cancelled and continued into October 2015. When I went back to the salon I was told my EFT was cancelled. I told the girl it was taken from my account on 9/15/2016 and that the EFT was paid in advance and not behind. What is so complicated about that. I was expected to go home and bring copy of my Bank Statement to show of the EFT payment. I was appalled by this. Later I called the ACC Affiliated Acceptance and she told me YES the money was taken for this month on 9/15/2016 Which pays me up till 10/15/2016.. She did not know why they did not know that. I requested my money back as I do not wish to EVER go into that place again. They are running a shabby operation and deceiving people of money as the tan beds are either not working well or the bulbs have no useful life. Disgusting !

When calling to ask prices of the different level beds I was told to come down and ask because they were too busy to help me right now. Def. wont be going there to tan.

Hot Spot does have nice beds and is very clean inside. They are great....UNTIL you want to cancel your membership. I have left numerous messages to speak to the owner with no response. I sent a cancellation letter 2 months ago, am still being charged and now the billing company is trying to charge me b/c I put a stop payment in, and they can't handle anything until I talk to the owner. I have been trying to get into contact with her for the past month. I would not recommend Hot Spot unless you plan on going for life!

Always exceptionally clean, staff is very helpfull. Great tanning specials. Lots of great beds. Never a long wait. Have been tanning here for the past 3 years. Would highly reccomend this salon.
