Thought our new dishwasher was faulty, turned out to be a simple air gap issue. Appointment was from 12-4, got here at 12:15.

Used this company to replace my hot water pipes. Sorry I did. They'd show up hours late, work for 2 hours, run out to get 'parts' and wouldn't return for days. Meanwhile, I'm taking off work while sitting around waiting for them to come back from their errand. The owner's son also installed a hot water fawcet backwards and didn't tighten down a drain pipe. Sigh.

They called and scheduled an appointment with us and never showed up. Very unprofessional.
