Great customer service! My jeep was recently serviced for the tire rotation and balance. I asked about my spare tire light pressure going off and was told it was fixed. Unfortunately, it was not. I went back up there and I believe Josh was his name, brought my jeep straight up to the front. He unloaded my cargo area to access the spare, he put air in my spare and replaced everything back to working order. He was very kind and helpful on what appeared to be an extremely busy day. Definitely a great place to buy tires and receive your tire rotation and balances.

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE from the employees of this store. Planned a weekend in Glenwood Springs and had a blow out on the way up there. Limped up on a doughnut spare. Called numerous tires stores on our way only to be told they were either to busy to help or didn't have the tires to fit my Mini Cooper. Found out a Discount Tire just opened in Glenwood. Called the store at 5:57 on a Friday when they closed at 6:00. Wasn't hopeful at all as we were just pulling into Glenwood. Josh told us to come on over. He met us at our car as we pulled in and was able to find a tire that would work for my car with the help from the assistant manager Paul. We then realized that not only was the one tire bad we really needed all new tires. So, they were able to give us a great deal on 4 new tires and we were out the door in 30 minutes The men in the shop were all working together to get us on our way. The whole team is EXCEPTIONAL and we will make weekend trips up there with our other cars to get tires from them. Worth the trip and why not spend a weekend in Glenwood!!!
