I flip homes and Apex Plumbing came through for me big time. A few Realtors and fellow flippers recommended them and their bid was the low one, so I contracted them to do the work. They did a great job and it passed the City of Aurora's inspection (which can be tricky at times). When the repair was done, Apex returned the surface/landscape/alley to the way it was prior to the repair. Alot of companies won't compact the soil properly (every ~1 feet) and in a few months the soil will settle; sometimes the settling can go on for years. However, Apex took the time to do the job right. Their one-stop-shop approach works great for Realtors, Flippers, FSBOs or homeowner who needs an underground repair. You only have to deal with the one contractor and they return the yard back to the way it was before the repair. Plus they offer a 5 year transferable warranty.I say give Apex a shot and you won't regret it.
