Awful customer service when Troy is not working.

Very unimpressed even though the staff is friendly. One time after a visit to Big O I found a lug nut had fallen off my wheel in my driveway. I checked the others and found a few more loose. I returned to Big O and told them my story. No apology, but they did fix it for free. So wow, completely unsafe and potentially life-threatening.I went back at another date to give them another shot. Management had changed hands and the new owners changed the policy of changing over tires for free if bought at Big O. Summer tires switched to snows for example. That irked me a bit but whatever, if that is what they have to do then so be it. But after leaving two lug nuts go missing again. I go back to have tires switched over and ask for the nuts to be replaced. Got charged for the repair. The decent thing to do would have been to slap on two nuts, charge $50 for the tire switch and call it good. Save your money and be safe, go elsewhere.
