No one likes unanticipated expenses, but if we had needed to dig up the garden we've worked on for so many years we would have been devastated. You guys (and Ryan) were just great! I called about a toilet that was bubbling air when another was flushed. The two of them came on time and went right to work. Removed the toilet, snaked the drain and replaced the toilet. This did not resolve the problem. They then climbed to the roof to check out the vent stack for obstructions and when there were none there they regrouped and brainstormed the issue. They admitted that it was a strange one. After removing the reinstalled toilet again and getting their camera out, they sent that down the line and discovered that my line was clear but the city main was clogged and that I was only a week or two away from a very nasty mess in my house. After opening up a full manhole in the street we called the city sewer department and they took over from there. Overall I am extremely happy with the work provided by Northeast Sewer and Drain Service. While the price might be high the end results could have been catastrophic. Matt Miller
