It was so easy to buy a vehicle from this dealership. I called about a Ford electric vehicle called the C-Max, 1st spoke with Megan who was so great at answer questions about the vehicle. She set me up with Dave Kniffin in the sales department who made it a simple process to lease this vehicle. I have had it for 3 months and spent a total of $75 at a gas station in 3600 miles. I love this the Ford CMAx Engergi.

We just bought a car from Healey Brothers and it was the most wonderful car buying experience. We actually showed up there exhausted and frustrated from another dealership. The sales team was friendly, not pushy, and very prepared with prices and information regarding the cars in their lot. They listened to me, heard what I wanted and worked with me to get me into a car I actually wanted. Loved them, love my new car, and I would highly recommend this dealership!

Let's start with the beginning...

Let's start with the beginning. I am interested (and WILL be buying) an Evo MR (2012 or 2013). This is the closest dealer to me (120 miles away!), and I called them a day ahead of time to check stock. They had one MR in stock, not loaded with what I wanted. . I wanted to test it out and also possibly purchase it if the price was right. Upon entering the somewhat "okay" looking dealer, I was confronted by two gentleman who were in "sales". The salesman I had talked to was expecting me, but was with a customer. Okay, no problem. One of the other gentleman gave me the key to the car so I could turn it on and play around with it. Great, thanks. Then, he proceeds to say "Oh, well I think they're done doing test drives for the day though." My colleagues I came with looked at each other like you've got to be kidding me. I know I'm young, but I'm dressed nicely from work, and enter in with a 40K+ car already. I wasn't some punk looking for a joy ride. Then, the salesman who I had spoken to the day before greets me and my guests like a car salesman does. First off, I meant business. I drove two hours JUST to see this car and I already told him I'm ready to buy one. I said first, let's make sure I like the car and take it for a spin. He didn't "like that". He sat me down, scanned my license, walked away to copy it (for at least 5 minutes), and then came back with rosy cheeks. He started asking me personal information and then asked for my social security # to "run my credit". I'm not applying for credit. We haven't discussed anything yet. I'm paying cash. He then presumes to act like his manager wasn't allowing "kids" to drive these cars because someone crashed one back in '09. I've heard that story before. I drove two hours here mind you. This is just the beginning. Part two in the next review, theres a character limit.

horribly unhappy with Healey b...

horribly unhappy with Healey brothers in Goshen! Took my car in and picked up later in the day for basic service and inspection. Gas tank was empty and car had an additional 90 miles on the odometer when I got the car back......Was told that they had to drive it for 40 miles after the battery had been disconnected and another 40 miles after the inspection was performed! REALLY....DO YOU THINK I'M THAT STUPID! I do not know what got me more angry, the fact that this happened or the fact that they thought I would actually buy this lame story.

Don't go to Healey Ford, Mitsi...

Don't go to Healey Ford, Mitsibishi. There was one salesman that looked at my chest and wouldn't stop. Then I saw him talking to the manager and laughing at me. Typical salesmAN. My salesperson was a woman and she says she goes through this all the time. The men there constantly think it is a joke to make indawendos at all the females that work there. I am there to buy a vehicle not be judged and laughed at by the male salespersons. The managers should give those boysw a little training on the laws of sexual harrassment.
