Excellent customer service; these people really know their shoes and how they are supposed to fit. Unlike many shoe stores nowadays, they actually put them on your feet and feel the length/width to assure proper fit. I highly recommend the SAS brand for anyone with foot problems or those wanting their feet drenched in comfort!

I had a HORRIBLY rude saleswoman here who belittled me, picked up my shoes and laughed at them, made fun of me, repeatedly rolled her eyes at me and made rude faces, and repeatedly raised her voice and treated me like an idiot. All this while she was wearing a zipped-up winter coat the entire time she waited on me. I was prepared to spend over $100 on shoes, but this store will never get a penny out of me with "customer service" like this. HORRIBLE!
