I have had the best service here! I changed because I didn't like my former optometrist and have found such wonderful customer service with Sterling Optical. There was some confusion with my insurance not being processed and they were patient and helpful while I worked with my HR department for 2 weeks with it. Then they explained everything carefully for both my eyes and my insurance coverage. Whenever I had a problem, my service came first and the problem was solved with kindness and apology. The whole staff is cheerful and polite. I had gone to Lifetime Vision Center and had encountered some very poor customer service from the front desk staff. However, I am very happy with Sterling Optical now.
