I ordered some things on Amazon that arrived while I was out of town. UPS held them for me until I got home. They're delivety people are really nice too. Very happy with UPS

Logistics is planning for the holidays, I had a package guaranteed for 10:30am on monday the 9th it is tuesday the 10th at 2pm and it is still not here. Thanks UPS for your gross incompetence.

Terrible customer service. Paid for guaranteed shipping (3-5 day), my package will not be delivered until Monday (8th day) due to high shipping volume. Logistics? Staff for the holiday season, that's logistics.
Delivery of boxes left on side walk outside. Dogs,kids and weather not a friend of boxes left outside.
Very poor customer service. Substitute delivery guy thought a pkg that did NOT require a signature did, so instead of leaving it on my doorstep, he left a note for a next day delivery sometime after 5pm (an extremely awkward time for me). I'd have been content to pick the pkg up myself, but the UPS Customer Center is only open between 5-6pm (again, an extremely awkward time for me). There's no way to contact UPS customer service & talk to a person or any other way to get this kind of problem fixed!
