2 weeks ago i had a problem with my problem with the front end of my F350 at parachute, I called on the phone at 2:30 pm, spoke to kelly and he told me to hustle on down and would figure out the problem. turns out may steering linkage, tie rods, and a bearing had all gone bad. by now it was 4:00 pm, they ordered and had the parts delivered, stayed overtime until 6:30 pm and saved me from missing work on monday. talk about going the extra mile.in the future this is where i will always get my service and work done, thanks Ron,Billy,and Matt.....
