I waited 2 wks to see a recommended stylist, I showed up 5 min early for my 1st appt (confirmed the day before) & was told they couldn't find me. They proceeded to pawn me off on another stylist who was not busy at the time. While still there, they discovered THEIR error, with no apologies when they discovered their error OR at the time of checkout where they actually did not speak 1 word to me beside the total I owed them. I want to say on behalf of the stylist who dealt w/my poor attitude, she did a great job but I will not return.
