Dr. Nancy is very knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen and answer questions thoroughly without just spewing off standard answers. The technician, Shirley, is great with cats! She knows how to handle them authoritatively, yet gently. My crazy cat can be a handful, and this was a huge bonus! I may be switching to a nearer vet, but only due to location. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Orchard Mesa Veterinary Hospital and with Dr. Nancy.
