I had a problem with the trailer within a month that I had it. I emailed the sales person and no response. They want to sell you a trailer but after they dont want to deal with you. Over all if I rate the trailer between 1-10 I would say about a 5. The other problem I had was that the backsplash to the kitchen fell down and no answer from this sales person. I would not recommend to go to this company unless you already have a finance company before you go. The one they use is merrick bank. This company has a lot of rude individuals working in the customer service department for their RV loan depart.

Had a good service experience with this business last year but unfortunately it has gone drastically downhill. Had to have a trailer worked on after a neighbor hit it. Service people would not hardly ever return calls and said to bring it in on the 7th to be worked on for the 9th. A month later they had not started the work and when I forced a call back by going down to the store, they said they had to order metal. Would have been nice to be told that. They did the repairs and told me it was ready at about a month after I brought it in and took my money first. Then they showed me the trailer that was fixed with substandard and not matching material and an obvious dent related to the accident had not even been noticed by them and of course not repared. Terrible customer service and treated me like too bad so sad. Will never go back and neither will my many family members with RVs in the valley.

While staying at an rv park in Moab, Utah, we busted the water tank on our class B Airstream. The management at the park we were staying in suggested Humphrey RV & Trailer in Grand Junction to do the repairs. We called Humprey's and were so impressed with their service manager's knowledge and willingness to help that we drove the ~200 miles to Colorado that day. We arrived after closing time, but they had waited for us and allowed us to park in their lot overnight. They were very sensitive to our being "on the road" and prioritized the replacement of the tank to be done asap the next morning. While some places will gouge travelers, Humprey's completed the work quickly and for a very reasonable charge -- no gouging! We were out of there in time for lunch and have had no issues with their work. We HIGHLY recommend their service department and the entire staff.
