Our office is centrally-located on the fifth floor of the St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Offices Tower. The closest parking is on the northwest side of the hospital, near “Entrance 5.” Once parked, enter the building under the “Entrance 5″ sign and take the elevators to the 5th floor. Our office is just off the elevator.
