I called Peterson Plumbing today to replace a valve ending for the refrigerator water line. I knew that the old one would need to be soldered off and a new ¼ turn valve installed. Peterson Plumbing dispatch would not provide a quote over the phone but I figured that on the high-end the price would be around $100. After arriving at my house, the plumber spent a good 10 minutes trying to sell me their monthly, unrelated service for $24.95 before looking at the project at hand. After looking at the pipe with a valve, the plumber went out to the truck to write out a quote. About 45 minutes after his first entry to the house he came back and handed me the quote that looked like an essay. I asked how long would it take him to do solder on the new end for a threaded valve and he told me that about an hour to a one hour and a half. The quote was for $443. I rejected the work and paid $49 “dispatch fee.” I felt completely ripped off. I would never call Peterson Plumbing again.

They came after hours within 30 minutes of my call, and got the air conditioner working for the night, and were back the next morning to fix it. Very pleased with the tech.

Robert did a wonderful job of truing to change my furnace thermostat. He went under the house and searched find the wire so he could add a line.

I have been using Peterson Plumbing for 2 year now and most recently needed extensive work done on the evaporative cooler and flashing. Robert had done my semi annual plumbing check and started up the cooler, then returned to do the remainder of the work on the roof and cooler. He was very prompt with his appointment time, worked efficiently while here and was always very polite and professional when going over information with me. I particularly appreciated the number of pictures that he took of the before and after work on the roof so that I could see that the work had been done as described. I will continue using Peterson Plumbing and hope that I get Robert as a tech for future visits.

Never use! Dishonest company!They cut a wire and sold me a part. the manager admitted it. He was supposed to reimburse us. Of course he didt. I was taken advantage of. My husband was gone over sea.
