TERRIBLE!!!!! I contacted this company for a Bid on roofing our HOA's 4-plex. They were completely disorganized and couldn't seem to answer simple questions about what was included/excluded on the estimate. When they were asked to confirm, they became extremely rude and refused to do anything and stated if we wanted to get any further information, we would need to pay them first. HUH?
