The Child & Family Partnership is Kent County's System of Care (or Model of Care) for children and youth with serious behavioral mental health challenges. Child & Family Partnership is made up of our family-serving systems (schools, child welfare, juvenile justice and mental health) working together with families and youth to improve services and supports. Child & Family Partnership is an organization By Families, For Families, About Families! Why are we Stronger Together? No one is more familiar with your child than you. The strengths, challenges, and interests of your family can drive the treatment your child receives. Wraparound Program. Wraparound is a planning process that brings the family together with a facilitator, system providers and informal supports to create a plan that supports the family to reach their goals.
