While the product they make is of acceptable quality, I was very displeased with their business ethics. I had gotten the idea to use the nail files as a favor gift for my daughter's bridal shower, but was, of course, concerned at what the cost might be. I consulted with a couple different companies at one of the holiday craft shows and both gave me a similar price range. I went with Classy nails because they are a Michigan company. After I went through all of the decision making about design and now the time was getting tight because of their slow responses, suddenly Ms Dryer doubled the price she had originally quoted me!! All ended up fine because I found another company to work with, they gave me twice the quality in product and art work for only a little more than the original quote I got from Classy Nails!
