I received unbelievably bad service from Klumpps this month (January 2010). I needed a pull handle repaired on a suitcase. I received absolutely no follow-up calls to my requests. I only got answers when I recalled them. After three weeks, I have an unrepaired suitcase, actually returned to me with two of the handle parts missing. I had to go back to the shop to ask for their return, and it took the employee (or owner) a very long time to find one of them. The worse service I can ever remember receiving in my entire long life..

Klumpps has been servicing Western Michigan and the midwest for over 100 years. They repair all brands of luggage and clean and repair leather to look brand new. The prices are very reasonable and they are honest and dependable.
