      I would NOT recommend this furniture store to anyone! I recently purchased bedroom furniture from Talsma Furniture. When it was delivered, it was white instead of the black I had ordered. I contacted the store manager and never received an apology. When my new furniture was redelivered 4-5 weeks later, there was white spray paint on the black footboard. We heard that someone was spray painting by our furniture before it was loaded for delivery. Now I am really unhappy and contact Talsma Furniture again. We were told we would have to have a service call on the furniture, and then they will decide what to do. Seriously! We didn't even want to take delivery and now we have to make arrangements for a 3rd time to have someone at the house for a service call when it was noted there was damage at time of delivery. At this point, I still have white spray paint on my footboard! My recommendation - shop somewhere else! The customer service is awful.
