The person (who made sure I knew that she was "in charge") was extremely rude to me during my visit. They also took an extremely long time to process my package. It was all-around the worst experience. Don't go to this location of you can help it.

I have a PO box at this post office and they constantly lose my packages. Some are juat lost for months and then turn up out of the blue, some get returned to sender, and some are lost for good. Every member of their staff says something that conflicts with what the last said. It's clear that there's no organization and a lack of leadership. I'm not renewing my PO box and I've already started to have my mail shipped elsewhere.

everytime I order a package from shutterfly the Postal worker sriver don't deliver it to my address this happened twice now. I can track the package and watch it go out for delivery and then back to the post office 4 times in one week, I say lazy worker. something I paid for and cant get it because of the postal workers. SAD ,, now I have to call the company AGIAN.

I needed to make an appointment for my passport. I called 4 times in two days and nobody returned my call. I went in on my day off, with all of the needed materials for my passport, just to have to make another appointment. This was the worst service I have ever received.

worthless. Had a package sent here and the street number was missing. The business name and zip were correct. Instead of looking in the phonebook for the street address the item was sent back. While I missed the street number a simple check in a phone book weould have solved the problem.
