Great salads.

Flips is a great lunch destination to enjoy a good hamburger and fries. Everyone is always pleasant and their is seldom a wait. I would recommend

Flips is a great place to eat for lunch! They have excellent burgers, fries and wraps. At night, it becomes more 'lively' and the bar crowd is loud and smoke filters out to the dining area.

Sandwiches and fries are great! Salads are great too!

With most of suburbia overrun with the typical row of chain restaurants running thru the cookie cutter routine which can be found everywhere, it is very refreshing to find a great, locally owned, one of a kind place that makes you want to become a regular. The hostesses, cocktail waitresses, and bartenders all provide friendly and swift service. The food from the kitchen is definitely a notch above the ordinary bar fare that is found just down the road. The TVs tuned to sports make it a fun place to sit inside and the huge patio and bar area welcomes you to spend time outside as well. Great for lunch, an after work beer, or just about anytime you need an excuse to go out. Conviently located to all things DFW, I highly suggest giving Flips a try. It is quickly becoming a destination of choice amongst several North Texans, and it's easy to see why.

I love the blue cheese burger. It has bacon bits included as well. The homemade chips are also a good alternative. The kids like the meals here too. Also, there are plenty of tv's if you want to watch a game. When it is cooler, the patio is fun and they sometimes have live music on Thursday evenings.
