This is a review for the Mercy ER. My son was treated there in July '11 and the ER physicians and nurses were top notch with their diagnosis and treatment of his condition. The one and only complaint we have is the front desk staff. The young girl( and only person at the desk ) that worked there was very rude when asked a few questions and also when we came back in a couple weeks later for an insurance paperwork request. I would get a new crew working at the front desk in the ER department. All of the other medical professionals were nice and just great to my son!

After Living in the area and meeting numerous peolpe this hospital was not also poor for me but to many others and they dont know how to treat their employees.



After numerous exams done here in the xray department they were read improperly their radiologist never reads the old films and my doctor has had them sent elsewhere for reading, I have had to have exams repeated at other hospitals. I went to the ER one time and my room was "clean" but there was blood all over the wall.



They are always having new physicians come and go on top of other employees. In my opinion not every person was at fault it was just cheaper for them to get new. or cant keep a doctor because they dont agree on how they run their facility.



Upon being admitted to the hospital the floor never has a linen cart to put my dirt laundry in the trash cans were not always changed and there were none stop call lights dinging.

my husband was treated there on May 31st 2008 the best care you could ask for.

the staff is very caring and took excellent care of him
