I love the place but it took months with me being sent to collects to get billing issues fixed as a paid for a full year in cash. I have asked not to be renewed and here we go again. Getting collects mail calls. Both times I could not get anyone from the club to call me back. I am spending way to much time fixing their mess up.

When I signed up, they couldn't give me a receipt as they said that the printer wasn't working and they would put it in my file. After a few weeks, it still wasn't there so my husband and I asked again and still no receipt and it has been a couple of months. I went in for my free personal training and came out with many bruises and back and leg pain.

The Personal Trainers are college students in fields such as Anthropology. They don't have any really P T experience. They are in it for the contacts. I had to have a medical hold and they refused to refund my money because I couldn't provide the 30 day notice. Unscheduled and unforseen surgery can't be predetermined but they won't budge. The staff is unprofessional to boot

If you are a beginner when it comes to fitness this gym is fine for you. However if you are more serious about your workouts really don't suggest this gym. Very poor equipment and did not enjoy the atmosphere. Yes it is cheap but would much rather spend more money at other gyms then come here.

Charged me a "maintenance fee" after paying up front without my authorization. Are yelling me I can't remove the auto payment method after the annual term is up unless I physically come in and cancel or cancel my debit card. What? Won't recommend them ever.

Rude staff. Equipment has been broken down since we joined in June 2014. They say they won't fix equipment until May 2015. People are always on cell phones and sitting workout benches so you can't use the equipment. The only reason they got one star is because you have no other choice when writing a review

Worst place. Employees are rude. Equipment is always broken and always say it will be fixed months later but never gets fixed.

Yes it is cheap but, the equip is cheap n flimsy. People leave weights all over & staff does nothing but talk n workout. Equip on some machines are already going bad n staff does nothing to fix it. Their Smith machines wobble like crazy. None of equip is bolted down n floor is not level at all. Many more complaints but w that staff I'm just wasting my time.
