I used the services last year and signed up again this week. I found the staff ( Courtney and Brittany) to be very engaging and absolutely professional. The package that I chose was completely explained and including billing. The environment is extremely clean and sanitary. It is a delightfu lplace. I highly recommend to anyone that appreciates customer service with a smile......

THEY STINK, They have been robbing my bank account for 8 months and won't refund my money. Word of mouth DONOT waste your money there!!!!!!!!!!!

HUUUUUUUUGE SCAM!!! If only there were a negative star rating; this company would get the lowest from me.

I went into the Greeley location and after the tour and the employees B.S. talk, I was told my 1st month would be $24.95 and every proceeding month would be around $79. When she was signing me up, I asked to pay with cash, she told me I could but had to have a credit card on file for future monthly payments.

After a few weeks as I was going through my bank statements, I saw that she had charged my credit card for $87.95. She never gave me a receipt or even told me she had charged my card!!

I called the "manager" of the store who told me to call their customer service number and to sum it up, she wasn't going to do anything to rectify the situation.

After paying $87.95 for 2 tanning sessions, I went in and cancelled my membership but even then the paperwork states that they may continue to charge your account up to 30 days!! Are they serious???

When I got home I thought I would humor myself and call their customer service number..what a joke. It rings for 2 mins and 9 secs and gives you a message that your call cannot be completed at the time.

I am completely disgusted with my overall experience and I hope to see them out of business soon.
