Absolutely horrible!! I will never do business with them again. They were friendly enough, but awful at getting things done. The financing took well over 30 days, AFTER we drove the car off of the lot. When we would call them nobody would return our calls. We live in Wyoming and when we went to get our car licensed the paperwork was not available! Apparently there were mistakes on the title paperwork and it was sent back to them. When we called them about it they told my husband one thing and me another! My son purchased a car from them the same day we did and he had the same exact problems!! If I could give negative stars I would!!

Rude, greedy scammers. My husband went here to BUY A CAR. WE ALREADY NEW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED A used sonota. The guy let him test drive the car all the way to Cheyenne, WY to show it to me. We liked it and wanted to buy. The dealer would not budge on price. 19,890 for a used 2011 with 30,000 miles on it. My husband was going to put 4,000 down and has near perfect credit. The lowest the dealer would give was 200 bucks off! Went home and "built" our own custom brand new 2012 sonota on hyundais website for 20,000 wow!! We are just going to buy a brand new one somewhere else and I recommend checking out Enterprise car sales if your in the market for a used.

Do not go to this dealership. We went through a car buying service and a salesman told us they had the vehicle we requested in. We drove over an hour to get there. They didn't have the vehicle but before the test drive were told they could get it. Then tracked a version of the vehicle down and tried to charge us 4k more than our quoted price! including a bogus charge for clear coat - not charged when we actually purchase the vehicle at another dealer. offered more than 1 percent higher loan interest rate than other dealer. and offered $100 for our ford explorer - we got $1000 for the other dealer.
