I tried to check my review to make sure it was still up and it looks like SCRUPLES had it removed from Google. Guess they dont like the truth but people need to know the truth! Anyways I'll post it here! The lady MARIE CARRANZA completely messed up my hair, I'll post pics of her work plus when I got it fixed. Employees were constantly talking trash about one another while I was sitting in the chair. MARIE CARRANZA was talking to me about her daughter who is in prison on drug charges and that she (marie) also used to do cocaine a lot. Very professional! Right? Lol.. she absolutely ruined my hair! I have been on a mission to be blonde for years now and in order to fix her HORRIBLE work, I had to go much darker! She refused to give me my money back and even went to the point of lying that I only paid her $85 when I paid her $100. After I wrote a bad review of them on Google, I had them contact me asking to change my review and only include MARIE'S name and not the salon. Well this salon is just as crooked as MARIE for having my review taken down! Please stay away from this place! It's pure garbage and full of fake positive reviews! Do not contact me again to change my review. I'm not going to and i am going to post it everywhere I possibly can!
