Provided by DexKnowsThis place is horrible. 90% of the nurses are extremely rude!! One of the vision nurses told my daughter to pick out a new pair because they didn't look good. Come to find out, she said that because if the glasses don't for right they will give you head aches. She failed to tell us that until after we bought them. Instead she told us they "looked bad." They canceled our appointment twice and the third time didn't even have him down for an appointment after we had called an confirmed the day before. I made them take him in. The doctors are all very nice but the majority of the nurses are absolutely horrible. One of them was having a personal conversation on the phone while I was standing there waiting to be helped and didn't even acknowledge me. Would not recommend this place

Provided by DexKnowsWe arrived early to make sure we could fill out paper work and Ive all ways been told its a part of manners to show up at least 5 min early to an appointment but if I would have known that the office doesn't share that same courtesy I would have rethought my time frame. we waited over a half an hour and noticed people walking in were being taken back so when I questioned it.... they all acted dumfounded apologetic and promised we would be next.I didn't want to wait any longer so we did leave. went home and started looking for a new office that respected a parents time not just their own. I found vista vision clinic and they not only excepted medicaid they also followed their appointment time. Glad to switch!

Provided by DexKnowsI brought my daughter here for her first ever dental visit, and she ended up needing a couple of caps. The front desk staff were very friendly, as were the dentist and assistants. They made sure her first visit was anything but fearful. The only tense moment came during the capping, when the assistant accidentally hit the button to rinse and sprayed my daughter with the rinse water with no warning. They immediately stopped what they were doing and took the time to make sure she was calm and settled before continuing.Amazing and capable staff, a great environment, and a great experiance all contributed to the five star rating. We will be back! I would recommend them (and have) to anyone I know who is in need of getting their childrens teeth cared for.

Provided by DexKnowsI took my son to get silver caps in and when we got home and swelling went down i looked at them and they looked totally wrong! mismatching in size and length.... I know little kids cry and yell but they should Not rush into things because of that. Now my son has to go to a different clinic to fix this problem I will not take him there again in the Dental part of the building! If it was done right the first time I wouldn't need to take him twice for the same problem he went in for. I will NOT be recommend this clinic to anyone!

Provided by DexKnowsMy children had a good visit with the doctor, but when it came time to deal with the front desk and billing dept. it has been awful. They did not bill our insurance, and had to call 6 seperate times, 2 letters, and 3 personal visits to be able to get a staff member to simly input our information in the computer so insurance could pay them. They lost our families business :(

Provided by DexKnowsThis was my daughters first dentist expereince. I am so upset it was with this awful place. They paint pretty pictures on the wall and put toys in the loby to please the kids, but as soon as they have interaction with your kid it all goes out the window. The nurse took no consideration that my child was nervous and just acted as if she had no feelings at all. They held her down and man handled her the whole time without any sweet voices to comfort her and I was so mad! I had to take my kid and say that it was enough! Im not a mom that codles her kid from what is needed, but that was just over the top and un needed. Also when it came to the quality of work, all that needed to be done at her first appointment, I guess, was a half "butt" job of her brushing my daughters teeth and a somewhat floss job (big whoop) and a dentist to stick her finger inside and look for 5 short seconds and say "all is good, see you in 6 months" and walks away. Never will I EVER go back to a place like that. I will be lucky if my kid ever wants to step foot near a dentist again, they should not be working with kids and need to move their moody attitude to a place where my kid shouldnt have to see their faces!

Provided by DexKnowsI brought my two boys here, ages 7 and 4. In our previous dental experiences elsewhere, my 4 year old was EXTREMELY fearful. So I was nervous going and when we got to the office everyone was VERY friendly and helpful. When we went back the assistant was a real sweetheart and talked to my son and told him all about everything she was doing. By the end of the visit his teeth had been cleaned, x-ray'd and checked out thoroughly and not one tear from him! The dentist thoroughly explained everything to me and made sure we were on the same page as far as what needed to be done. My oldest also had a great experience, they treat the kids amazing. My boys actually want to go back!

Provided by DexKnowsI really love this office! They are kind and compassionate! Everyone is very friendly and always happy to see my kids! Going to the dentist has always been scary but the staff at Adventure make it fun. They are very busy but always take time to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Adventure dental to everyone who has children! Great with all ages!

Provided by DexKnowsMy son was hit in the mouth with a baseball bat causing extensive damage to his mouth and requiring 15 stiches inside mouth and down his chin. The dentist and other staff that worked with him that first day after the incident were so gentle and caring. They checked all his teeth and explained everything to him and me. Because of the damage he had to be referred to an oral surgeon to remove a fractured tooth, the first OS they referred to could not take my son for at least a week to 10 days. The receptionist and the office manager both spent about 20 minutes on the phone finding someone to take my son right away ( his fractured tooth broke exposing the nerves and was very painful for my son.) He has to go back again a few more times once his teeth (5) are able to be realigned and a retainer fitted for him, because he is still growing they cannot fit a prostetic tooth in his mouth until he is 18-21, he is now 16. He may need root canal which we will deal with when the time comes, but I do appreciate the care they have given my son. It is nice to know that we can count on them for his care.

Provided by DexKnowsThe dentist seemed like she just got out of bed and went straight to her office. My insurance pays 100% and the office wanted to charge me the full amount because according to them my insurance did not cover much....Bull! We will not be going back!!

Provided by DexKnowsThey've done a good job with my 2 teens in both dental and vision. My girls feel a little funny there because it is geared for younger children. But I am pleased with their service.

Provided by DexKnowsThis was one of the WORST experiences I have ever encountered! I took my two children in for a regular cleaning or so I thought.. They told me that my 4 year old had a mouth full of cavities that needed to be filled and that we would have to split it into two sessions.... We did the first session the same day as the cleaning and it went smooth. My daughter was completely relaxed and comfortable... No problems. Then came the second session which I wasn't worried about considering how well the first went. My daughter was fine until the dentist started drilling her teeth!! I have never heard her scream like this in her entire life! It was a blood curdling, high pitch, god awful, torturous scream!! The dentist just kept going without the slightest acknowledgment to her screams! Finally I made it known that this didn't seem right and that I didn't feel she was completely numb.. all the dentist had to say was "she's fine"which was visibly untrue!! They had to strap my daughter down and hold

Provided by DexKnowsLast year I took my daughters in to the Greeley Site to get there anaul checkup and never again. I would advise not taking your kids to the Adventure Dental. On my first daughter they were drilling her teeth and hit her gums, all the lady could say is "you can't be moving honey" my daughter did not move intell she was touched in the check by the drill. Also they chiped her front teeth. My second daughter also had a bed experience with them. first they only numbed her with laughing gas, no numbing shot. They burned her tongue with the drill. If I we're you I would not take my kids there ever and I have never taken my children back ther since. And my girls are teenagers.
