Movers moved my front loader washing machine without asking for stabalizer bolts. This resulted in broken struts. This cost me $250 to repair. When I tried to make a claim, their QC person told me it is not their responsiblilty to ask for these stabalizer bolts and that not every FL washer requires them. My appliance repair person says every reputable moving company should not move these washer without the stabalizers. Very unhappy that 2 Men not willing to work with me on the claim.

We had a 90 mile move and all went very good, the two movers were hard working guys and were very carefull! I have a 52" TV and they charged me an extra $100 to move and unsure it. I got the TV to my new house and when I turned it on it had a broken screen. I sent pictures of the broken TV and called two men and a truck to have them fix it and they would not lift a finger to fix the problem. So they charged me an extra $100 to move my TV, broke my TV and did NOTHING to repair my TV. This is a SCAM! Do not use this moving company!!As I first stated, the two guys that did the actual moving were great, the people in the office and the owners / management were terrible!

Although this company was recommended by neighbors, we had the worst moving experience of our long career of being moved around. Poor packing, boxes mislabeled, still wondering where some items are. Would not ever use them again. DISORGANIZED!
