NEVER USE THIS FLORIST!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered a “Perfect Cookie” Gift Basket (all cookies) through FromYou flowers to be delivered to my daughter and her friends who were on a tour of DC. This florist completely ignored what the order was supposed to be and delivered the Wrong Basket ( they threw together a basket of 8 pieces of fruit, 1 sm pkg cookies, syrup, bread etc...) FromYou Flowers asked the florist to call me. They called and wanted to know when they could “go pick up the items they had delivered” and then take something else. I explained that the kids were out touring and would be back in the evening and had probably already eaten some of the items. She exclaimed, “Well, if they already ate some of the items, then clearly they liked them so why should we deliver something else”. I explained that they may have eaten some things, but there was only 1 cookie in the “Perfect Cookie Basket” and asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager and sarcastically said , “So they ate the items and now maybe we should just deliver them something for free??” and hung up on me. I called FromYou Flowers back and they are going to use another florist to fill the order. Would you actually want oranges and apples and green bananas that had already been delivered to somebody re-delivered to your house?

I do not recommend Belway Blossom Shop located at 6098 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD do not waste your time. I order flowers for my Women Day at church. The flowers where horrible. The flowers were dead and dry out. The corsages were small ,the ribbon was the size of a quarter. You need a extra pair of eye to see the baby breath of the flowers. The customer service is horrible. The manger Bobbi is very rude. Also they give me my flowers in a SHOE BOX. That is not the service you want. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! I will not do,business with them. HORRIBLE FLORIST

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for my mom who lives in Maryland from this shop. I am a Canadian resident. After placing my order, a lady called me to confirm the order. most importantly, the beautiful bouquet was delivered on time for my mom to enjoy.
