Live in Highbridge Park where we've switched property management companies several times in the 12 years that I've lived in this neighborhood. This by far is the worst property management company the HOA has contracted. Will start attending HOA meeting to ensure that we don't continue with this company next year. This is a fairly nice neighborhood and the playground has equipment that was vandalized with graffiti months ago that still has not been cleaned up. Not sure if they had anything to do with the sidewalk repair but used a different color cement and now all sidewalk area look tacky. Common Areas the mulch is not being changed as much as it was in the past an grass is not being treated for weeds. Service terrible and late fees are about 80% of the actual HOA fees. Would give zero stars if possible.

I live in the Huntcrest Condominium neighborhood, managed by Majerle management and in the 4 years that I have rented from a private owner, the association fees have increased by 40% which is just greed because the aesthetics of the community have significantly declined and whenever an issue arises to where I have to be in touch with management, they are always unresponsive and NEVER return my phone calls after leaving countless messages, they will pass you from extension to extension, from this one to that one in hopes you will get tired and give up. For example the building I live in had a roach infestation and still does, for 6 months I called management and on the sixth month they finally sent some lazy 90 year old man to my unit who sprayed something (probably water) in 4 corners of my house and left, well the roaches got exceedingly worse so I had to hire an outside pest control due to Majerles incompetancy. I know myself to be an excellent tenant, I work for the U.S. Air Force at Andrews Air Force base and in all my life I have never dealt with a more trifling , incompetent and apathetic company who cares nothing of the community it supposedly serves. Slumlords in every sense of the word. Disgusting people. Just read their response to other negative reviews.... Just ignorant

This company has single handedly came into Devon Hills Condominium and forced EVERYONE out!! I moved to Devon Hills 10 yrs ago, low association fees, nice quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Since Majerle has taken over as the management company, the condo fees have increased SIGNIFICANTLY. We went from $175 to $400/month!!! I attended a meeting where the "fixed income" elderly owners were practically BEGGING for mercy with the fees, Kim just shrugged her shoulders and moved on to the next subject. They had to choose between their monthly medicine and condo fees....smh Let's not talk about Kim's customer service, I have had to TONE her down a few times over the phone. My neighbors have been moving out on by one, due to the increase in condo fees. There are so many empty condos, and others are now being used as rental properties. The bank won't approve loans for the condos because of delinquency, I wonder why there are SO many delinquencies. To put the nail in the coffin, I just received a letter stating that they are now reporting late fees to the credit bureau. They have absolutely ZERO concern for the owners in that neighborhood, and now will make it hard for them to move out. Way to go DEVON HILLS BOARD OF DIRECTORS!!!

I have left several messages for staff members at Majerle (Greenbelt office) to call me even the office manager and as of yet, I have not receive a return call. I am new to the complex therefore, I have several questions that I would like answered. I have been trying to get information for 2 weeks. I don't really know this company well but for the 2 weeks I have been dealing with them they are not responsive. I don't want to speak poorly of the company but this is not good customer service.

My condominium association uses Majerle Management and I would NOT recommend this organization. Mr. Majerle is a shyster - he has several "side businesses" that he promotes for use in the communities that his organization manages. The services are subpar and overpriced, as are all of his services. Our condo fees have risen every year and the community looks worse than ever because the landscappers and oher service people used are horrible - and I think that they are all connected to Majerle Management.

Majerle Management has managed my condominium association for 8 years. During that time, our condo fee has skyrocketed, the appearance of our neighborhood has severely declined, and services have decreased. Even worse, Mr. Majerle is hostile, condescending and unprofessional when he speaks to homeowners. He treats us so poorly, I don't understand why our Board of Directors doesn't get rid of him. I would strongly discourage any homeowners associations from hiring Majerle Management.
